Right,.... so I DIDN'T GET A DRESS.
But I got a few other things.
It was complete budget shopping!

I got a tube+belt from Red2 @ $29
2 Skirts and 1 bag at Ice Lemon Tee @ $21.90
2 Nail polishes and 1 Nail polish remover from missha @ $6

I wanted that dress so badly.
